Firstly you need to decide where you want to site the bouncy castle. Please remember to include the perimeter required for the bouncy castle as well as the floor area it will occupy. You will need to make sure that the grassed area is flat and free of any sharp objects. If you are hiring a building to stage your event indoors, ensure that the venue not only has an adequate floor area for the bouncy castle and people waiting to use it, but also be tall enough to accommodate the bouncy castle as well. Wherever the castle is to be sited, an electrical mains outlet will be required within fifty yards. If this is not possible, C&M Bouncers can supply a petrol generator for an additional fee. If the planned castle site is not level or the site is difficult to access, please contact C&M Bouncers for advice.

Once you have chosen your venue, decide upon the day, how many people will be attending, whether just children or a mixture of children and adults will be using the bouncy castle, and lastly decide on whether you will require supervisors to watch over the event. If you do require event supervisors, C&M Bouncers can supply these for an additional fee.

Once all of the above has been achieved, you are ready to book your bouncy castle. Take your time and look through this website and decide which bouncy castle you would like to hire. If possible, also decide on an alternative (just in case your first choice bouncy castle has already been hired-out for the day). With this done, then phone or email C&M Bouncers, giving as much information as possible. Alternatively you can complete the on-line booking form where C&M Bouncers will confirm receipt of your enquiry by either phone or email.

Prior to arrival of the castle on the day of the event, please ensure that the route from road to bouncy castle site is free of all obstacles and obstructions.

Payment for the bouncy castle hire is not due until it is delivered on the morning of the event, so no need to panic over paying a deposit, especially if your booking is last-minute.
